Job summary

CPA Firm Management Association in Georgia is looking for a professional to prepare individual and business tax returns and assist with monthly financial reporting for multiple small-business clients across various industries.

The role supports Attestation fieldwork and requires a degree in business or accounting, CPA preferred but not required, 0–5 years of tax experience, and strong communication and computer skills. Core hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with seasonal overtime.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in business or accounting.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 0–5 years of experience, tax preparation a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle tax season demands.
• Strong communication and confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and business tax returns for various clients.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting for multiple clients.
• Support Attestation fieldwork and reporting.
• Organize, maintain, and file client paperwork and reports.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues in a courteous, professional manner.
