Role Description

The Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Winona Lake, IN. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. The Accountant will prepare and maintain accurate financial records, assist with budgeting, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Additional responsibilities include generating financial reports for management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and coordinating with external vendors, banks, and tax professionals. Qualifications

• Strong skills in general accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar), Microsoft Excel, and other standard office applications.
• Ability to prepare financial statements, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
