Job summary

Touch Support, a multinational Business Process Optimization company based in the United States, is expanding its Accounting team and hiring several accountants for a fully remote role. We welcome applicants from anywhere in Mexico for this remote position.

The role requires at least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct, with US business hours (7 AM–3 PM CDT).

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Process fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses.
• Verify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications.

Job description:

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts;

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
• Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations;
• Proactive problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct);
• Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).
