Peak Credit Union in the United States is seeking an accounting professional to support our Accounting department. This remote role is open to candidates in Washington or Oregon, with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm hours.
You will maintain ledgers, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and assist in audits and regulatory reporting, using GAAP. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential, and a background in financial institutions is preferred.

Job Overview:
Performs a wide variety of accounting work and support functions related to the maintenance of financial records, preparation of financial reports, and assists in ensuring accuracy in the credit union’s accounting processes. Supports the Accounting department in carrying out complex tasks, including but not limited to GL maintenance, reconciliation, ad hoc financial and management reporting, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Prepaid Expenses.
