Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, debits and credits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Previous accounting experience within mortgage, title, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience handling daily, high-volume reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple financial services entities.
• Perform daily bank and account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve discrepancies accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.

The successful candidate will independently oversee recurring daily accounting activity, maintain accurate financial records, and serve as the primary accounting resource for the division.
