Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Town of Florida is seeking an experienced accountant to join their growing team. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookup, and familiarity with QuickBooks. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years prior accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables & VLookup.
• Prior experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong GAAP Knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, within a fast-paced flow of work.
• Track record of maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Handle account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Conduct financial analysis and wire transfers.
• Manage month-end activities across divisions.
• Conduct month-end activities.

Skills

Accounting experience
