Qualifications

• CPA completed or in progress.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with consolidations and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and perform variance/fluctuation analysis.
• Support and improve the monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Assist with SEC filings and external reporting requirements.
• Contribute to M&A integration and system implementation initiatives.
• Execute ad hoc and recurring projects as business needs evolve.
