This job opportunity is for an Accountant to manage the daily financial operations and reporting for the HealthChoices program, ensuring full compliance with Department of Human Services standards. Reporting to the Executive Director and CFO, this role handles the end-to-end preparation and analysis of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and regulatory reports. A key focus includes validating complex program requirements like rate setting and reinvestment calculations while serving as a primary financial liaison for leadership, the Board of Directors, and external partners.
Position could be located in Somerset, PA, or Bedford, PA. Moderate travel is required. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm.
If approved, remote work can be up to 2 days per week depending on supervisory Remote Work policy, position, required duties, etc. per Remote Work Policy.
