Responsibilities

• Reconciling account balances and supporting workbooks.
• Preparing bi-weekly payroll and coordinating with HR for submission to Paycom.
• Preparing, posting and importing journal entries into Netsuite.
• Preparing monthly financial statements for clinic director review.
• Developing and documenting policies, procedures and best practices.
• Preparing monthly sales tax reports.
• Assisting with information requested by outside accounting firms.
• Reviewing general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Acting as a point of contact for designated locations.
