Overview

The Accountant is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting overall financial health and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions and provide visibility into company performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes across the organization.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and financial integrity.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to provide financial insights and support operations.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, improving workflow efficiency and team performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and support additional accounting‑related initiatives as needed.
