Job Title: Revenue & Accounts Receivable Accountant

Overview:

The role focuses on managing revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and treasury activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client contracts and manage billing setup in the ERP system (NetSuite preferred)
• Generate invoices, monitor AR inbox, track receivables, and follow up on overdue payments
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end revenue tasks
• Support intercompany fee allocations and assist with audits
• Record client payments, initiate wires, and coordinate with fund accounting on fee statuses
• Contribute to weekly cash flow reports and assist with ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting with 3+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and AR processes
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience a plus
• Experience with multi-entity and global operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
• Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
