Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
• Perform account and bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Assist with payroll, audits, and process improvements.

We’re looking for a hands‑on General Accountant to support a small, growing organization. This role will handle a mix of day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including AP, AR, and general ledger work, while assisting with month‑end close and reporting.
