ROI Revolution, Inc. is seeking an accounting student for a part-time internship with a seamless transition to full-time after graduation. The hybrid setup offers in-person collaboration with remote work flexibility.

You will gain hands-on experience in revenue calculations, invoicing, AP/AR, fixed assets, and tax filing while exploring automation and AI tools to drive efficiency. Expected graduation by May 2027; 10–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Anticipated graduation date no later than May 2027
• Available to work part-time (10-20 hours/week) with transition to full-time after graduation
• Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or above

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly client invoicing
• Maintain complex revenue spreadsheets and allocate revenue across services
• Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts
• Ensure receivables are collected and payments received
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain accounting filing system
• Serve as Concur expense software administrator and audit expense reports
• Maintain fixed assets schedules and depreciation
• Prepare sales and use tax returns
• Participate in monthly and year-end close cycles
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes
• Assist Senior Controller with ad hoc analyses

Your Impact

As an Accountant at ROI Revolution, you will use your strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies, to support revenue calculations, manage technology driven billing workflows, and prepare accurate client invoices. You will gain hands on experience across a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Fixed Asset management, while building the skills needed for a successful accounting career. Additionally, you will spend about 20% of your time on meaningful business-related projects.

Your Role

• Participate in monthly client invoicing
  • Maintain complex revenue spreadsheets and manage revenue allocation across multiple services
  • Ensure the proper accounting and reporting of employee’s billable hours through our billing system
• Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts
• Ensure that receivables are collected promptly and receive customer payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Serve as the company’s Concur expense software administrator and audit employee expense reports
• Maintain company’s fixed assets schedules by classifying fixed assets, calculating depreciation, recording disposals and completing property tax return
• Prepare sales and use tax returns based on reporting requirements
• Participate in monthly and year-end accounting close cycles
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes that scale with the organization’s growth.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned by the Senior Controller
