Job summary

Hillstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Unit Accountant to join our accounting team. The role involves reviewing the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, journal entries and month-end activity, while managing invoices and related statements.

You will provide administrative oversight and support special projects for a single restaurant at first, with eventual expansion to cover multiple locations. The position may be based at a restaurant location or at our Phoenix, AZ office.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and/or restaurant accounting preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or progress toward degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Self-directed and proactive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Review the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, journal entries and month-end activity.
• Manage invoices and related statements; provide administrative oversight.
• Support special projects for one restaurant to start, with potential expansion to multiple locations.

Hillstone Restaurant Group is seeking a talented Unit Accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for reviewing the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and month-end activity, as well as managing invoices and related statements, providing administrative oversight, and supporting special projects for an individual restaurant to start, eventually moving to covering multiple locations.

• Restaurant or accounting experience is preferred but not required
