Job summary

Open Door Mission in Omaha seeks an experienced Accountant to support the CFO with payroll, accounts payable, and other financial tasks. The role includes preparing LLC financial statements and reconciling bank and general ledger accounts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in accounting, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Omaha Campus with a Christ-centered culture.

This person will provide accounting/bookkeeping support for CFO in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, and other financial areas as needed.

YOU ARE A SOLID FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF:

• You have a visible relationship with Christ
• You are proficient with Google G-Suite and general computer operations
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in an accounting field.
• You are able to effectively communicate and posses human relations skills.
• You are an advanced or above level in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

OUR IDEA OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WHO:

• Has two or more years of accounting experience.
• Has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Has task flexibility skills.

THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
