Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a stable manufacturing company to hire an Accountant. This role offers long-term stability, room to grow, and the opportunity to work alongside leadership that invests in its people.

You will prepare and post journal entries, analyze assets and liabilities, assist with month-end close and reporting, and review contracts and purchase orders for accuracy. Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and manufacturing accounting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• General ledger and month-end close experience.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Analyze financial information related to assets, liabilities, and capital.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Help with financial reporting, analysis, and other accounting projects as needed.
