Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing and payments
• Reconcile banking and credit card accounts and monitor transactions
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close
• Help with financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting tasks
• Organize supporting documentation and assist with audits
• Contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Experienced in accounting, especially with QuickBooks Online
• Skilled at handling AP/AR and account reconciliations
• Attentive to details and highly organized
• Clear and effective communicator
• Comfortable working independently or with a team
