Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accountant (Staff/Senior Level) to gain broad exposure across the accounting function and work directly with a Corporate Controller. This role welcomes early-career professionals and those ready for a senior challenge, offering hands-on experience with month-end close, inventory accounting, and intercompany activities.

You will touch GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and internal controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes

Formación

• 1-5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience preferred.
• Sage 100 and/or multi-entity accounting experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet, inventory, fixed asset, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory accounting, product costing, and margin analysis.
• Review financial results, investigate variances, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with AP, AR, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
