Caterpillar Inc. in Mapleton, Illinois, seeks a finance professional to maintain consolidated financial records, generate performance reports for internal and external use, and develop automated tools for financial analysis.

You will partner with plant leadership to review variances, build forecasts, and provide primary financial support for the Mapleton foundry, while aligning with GAAP and corporate standards.

• Work directly with a dedicated resource from the accounting center of excellence to direct work activities, monthly financial reporting, analysis, closing activities, etc.
• Participate in cost reduction projects led by the facility, provide key financial support and leadership.

This role is responsible for maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards, creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use, and creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

• This position is onsite 5 days a week.

Summary Pay Range

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
