Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in an office setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Responsibilities

• Review daily accounts payable inbox and process invoices.
• Manage bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
• Process journal entries and assist with year‑end 1099 reporting.
• Assist with monthly rent payments and reconciliations.
• Handle online and phone payments, ACH and wire transfers.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain W9 documentation as needed.
• Support Controller with special projects.

• Pay Range: $60,000 - $72,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Review daily accounts payable inbox
• Prepare and process invoices
• Request W9 forms as needed
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Process online and phone payments
• Process ACH payments and wire transfers
• Handle bank reconciliations and credit card statement reconciliations
• Assist with monthly rent payments and reconciliation
• Recognize and book prepaid and accrued expenses
• Process journal entries as needed
• Assist with year-end 1099 reportDaily cash activity such as posting deposits/utilities payments
• Assist Controller with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetSuite, or other accounting software
• Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
