Outreach, Inc. is seeking a meticulous part-time Accountant to join our Finance team in a hybrid role based in Colorado Springs.

You will prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and analyze data to ensure accuracy of our records while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has GAAP knowledge, 2–4 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience are required.
• Working knowledge of GAAP is essential.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Acumatica is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are expected.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and analyze accounting records and account activity.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review financial information for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with accounting operations and process improvements.
• Coordinate accounting activities with other departments.
• Research and resolve accounting issues as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team on a part-time basis.

This is a hybrid position. You will work in our Colorado Springs office two to three days per week and remotely on the remaining days. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

$28 - $30/hour (DOE)

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of accounting experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with month-end close processes
• Multi-entity accounting experience
• Experience improving accounting processes and procedures
