SpaDerma in Chicago seeks an entry-level call center associate to join our headquarters in Wicker Park. This full-time role offers exposure to the medical aesthetics field and a fast-paced environment focused on exceptional customer service.

You will manage inbound calls, texts, and chats, schedule appointments, and educate guests on services while coordinating across providers and locations. Weekend availability and a detail-oriented mindset are essential for success.

We are excited to expand our support team at our Headquarters in Chicago, located in Wicker Park. If you have a passion for aesthetics, we want to hear from you! This is afull-time role, 36+ hours a week. Hours may be flexible however, at least one weekend day shift and closing shift will be required weekly.

We welcome applications from newly licensed aestheticians and students currently enrolled in an esthetics program. This entry-level call center position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical spa industry, learn our services and operations, and build a foundation for future growth within our organization.
