Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Three years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in physician practice operations, population health, quality improvement, or accountable care preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Accountable Care team within Population Health.
• Coordinates staff activities, monitors productivity and performance, and supports quality and risk-adjustment initiatives.
• Ensures timely completion of patient and practice-based workflows.
• Collaborates with the Director of Population Health and other teams to support quality and value-based care goals.
