Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC, seeks an Accountable Care Supervisor to provide daily leadership and operational oversight for the Accountable Care team within Population Health. You will coordinate staff activities, monitor productivity and performance, and support quality and risk-adjustment initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Three years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in physician practice operations, population health, quality improvement, or accountable care preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Full time, 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday

The Accountable Care Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Accountable Care team within Population Health. This position is responsible for coordinating staff activities, monitoring productivity and performance, supporting quality and risk-adjustment initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of patient and practice-based workflows.
The Supervisor works closely with the Director of Population Health and other Population Health teams to support organizational goals related to quality, preventive care, value-based care, and patient outcomes.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements, asappropriate.

Experience

• Three years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in physician practice operations, population health, quality improvement, or accountable care preferred.
• Previoussupervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
