Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services, banking, professional customer service, or account support.
• Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with Excel functions such as: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal business partners.
• Support client accounts by handling account setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Review documentation and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Research and resolve account-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Prepare certifications, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client needs.
• Assist with department projects and process improvement initiatives.
