Job summary

Purcell Tire & Service Centers is seeking an organized, tech-savvy team member to oversee tire programs and manage logistics for the sales group. This field-based role involves compiling tire data, tracking key metrics, and delivering actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholders.

You will partner with fleet managers and account managers to present insights and support a holistic program view, with opportunities for growth within Purcell Tire.

Qualifications

• Strong data storytelling and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and domain knowledge in data analysis.
• Foundational data skills including SQL and Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tire programs and manage logistics in support of the sales team.
• Compile tire data and track performance metrics (tread wear, hours/miles in service, removal reasons, scrap-out).
• Partner with fleet managers and account managers to present insights and support program view.

We’re looking for an organized, tech‑savvy team member to oversee tire programs and manage logistics in support of our sales team. This is a field‑based role – you’ll compile and track tire performance data, offer actionable analysis, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll partner with fleet managers and maintenance leads to compile tire data, support and monitor key performance metrics like tread wear, hours/miles in service, removal reasons, and scrap‑out. You’ll work closely with account managers to present insights and support a holistic program view. What’s Required

• Valid driver’s license 3-year clean record (no DUIs)
• Willingness to travel within an established territory
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 100lbs
• Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment

Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
