Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns with prompt, quality service and follow-ups.
  • Understand the scope of the customer account and ensure work aligns with contract.
  • Propose cost-saving initiatives to meet customer and financial targets.
  • Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned work; manage sub-contractor paperwork.
  • Review invoices for cost center coding and accuracy.
  • Coordinate billing applications, calculate margins, raise invoices, and submit to clients.
  • Collaborate with site teams and head office on quotations and purchase orders.
  • Review and approve maintenance invoices and project costs per contracts; ensure core outputs.
  • Provide monthly reporting support on Account and Business Unit reviews.
  • Assist in health & safety compliance and maintain QHSE documentation.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Account Support Associate, exceptional customer service is essential. The role will provide operational and financial support to the Account Leader and their team, working on a customer account, ensuring contractual requirements are delivered.

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and quality service delivery, and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the scope of the customer Account and ensure that all work is carried out accordingly.
  • Be a financial and operational systems champion. Propose initiatives to implement cost‑saving opportunities in order to achieve customer and financial savings targets.
  • Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works, and manage sub‑contractor paperwork.
  • Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
  • Coordinate the billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to clients.
  • Work closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
  • Review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of core operational and financial outputs on the account.
  • Respond to inquiries on financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and open Purchase Orders.
  • Deliver monthly reporting support on Account and Business Unit Reviews.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including HSE reporting and promoting a safe work environment. Maintain QHSE documentation and ensure it is available using company systems.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and resolve complicated, unprecedented issues. Potential recommendation of new methods might be required.
  • Recommend enhancements to current procedures and solutions to boost the team's efficiency.
