Role Overview

The Account Supervisor (AS) is the authority and partner for their assigned client accounts, ensuring projects progress effectively, identifying additional needs, and selling new projects/services. Responsibilities include managing team adherence to processes, understanding deliverables, establishing team presence, interacting with vendors and clients, contributing to brand strategies, reviewing creative outputs, mentoring junior staff, and managing account profitability.

Requirements
  • 3+ years as a senior account manager in medical education programs
  • Strong executional skills and passion for medical education/communication

  • Willingness to work overtime, travel, and attend off-hour events
