Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking an Account Supervisor II to oversee day-to-day management of a shift at a client site in Fort Worth, TX. You will interview and orient new associates, ensuring an efficient, safe, and productive onsite operation.

You will lead a team, monitor attendance, train and mentor staff, and handle scheduling, payroll support, and safety checks while maintaining strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, warehouse or logistics preferred.
  • Proven skills in training, coaching and performance evaluation.
  • Strong MS Office skills and written/verbal communication ability.

Responsibilities

  • Assign day-to-day workloads and report daily attendance.
  • Assist with FLEX associate check-ins, onboarding, and daily attendance tracking.
  • Train, mentor, develop, retain and/or terminate Group Leads and associates.
  • Supervise daily operations and run pre-shift meetings.
  • Track, evaluate and report associate performance and conduct.
  • Support recruiting efforts, orientation, and training.
  • Assist with payroll approval and processing.
  • Complete regular safety checks and accident reports to ensure regulatory compliances.
  • Perform other administrative, recruiting and operational duties as assigned.

Job description

As an Account Supervisor II, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a shift at a client site including interviewing and orienting new associates. You apply your outstanding organizational skills to facilitate an efficient, safe, and productive onsite operation.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assign day-to-day workloads and report daily attendance
  • Assist with FLEX associate check-ins, onboarding, and daily attendance tracking
  • Train, mentor, develop, retain and /or terminate Group Leads and associates
  • Supervise daily operations and run pre-shift meetings
  • Track, evaluate and report associate performance and conduct
  • Responsible for the implementation of discipline procedures
  • Support recruiting efforts, orientation, and training
  • Assist with payroll approval and processing
  • Complete regular safety checks and accident reports to ensure regulatory compliances.

Experience

  • High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years of supervisory experiences (warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required)
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Proven skills and knowledges on training, coaching and performance evaluation
  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Communications skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including quickly shifting priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Salary Range: $50,060.88 - $62,576 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
