We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Supervisor to join our healthcare team and lead the day-to-day management of integrated advertising campaigns targeting U.S. Hispanic audiences.

Job Summary

This position is equal parts account leader, strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver. The Account Supervisor will confidently manage client relationships, guide cross-functional teams and navigate complex, heavily regulated, content-heavy projects while balancing big-picture thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

• Lead day-to-day client relationships
• Proactively anticipate client needs and challenges and recommend solutions

Integrated Campaign & Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across digital, social, video, CRM, websites, print and other integrated marketing channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, production and digital, while managing timelines, workflows and deliverables.
• Oversee content-heavy deliverables, including detailed reviews, revisions, version control and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate status reports, meeting recaps and project documentation.

Pharmaceutical & Regulatory Coordination

• Coordinate materials through medical, legal and regulatory (MLR/PRC) review processes, managing feedback, revisions, approvals and their implications for timelines and execution. and approvals
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across deliverables, including approved claims, and brand guidelines

Strategic & Business Support

• Connect individual projects and tactics to broader brand objectives, identifying opportunities to strengthen the work
• Contribute to creative briefs, presentations, strategic recommendations and client-facing deliverables
• Support scope development, budget tracking, resource planning and financial reporting.
• Stay informed about Hispanic consumer behavior and healthcare trends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience within an integrated advertising or creative agency.
• Strong proficiency in English and Spanish, including professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing content-intensive materials and managing multiple rounds of revisions.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
