In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high-level projects. You are diligent in following up on key accounts while prioritizing business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of advances in the medical communications space. You will:

  • Support senior leads in developing and executing broad communication strategies for mid-level and large biotech clients, including corporate and scientific narratives, brand rollouts, executive visibility, corporate and data milestone announcements, and internal communications.
  • Create internal and external communications such as disease factsheets, animations, corporate messaging, executive social media content, briefing materials, and slides for presentations.
  • Demonstrate robust, cross-functional project management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and counsel supporting corporate communications, scientific exchange, social media, thought leadership, internal communications, and media relations.
  • Review and oversee the development of timelines, calendars, action plans, runs of show, agendas, call notes, and overall account support materials.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience in medical communication, marketing, advertising, or healthcare, with experience in project management and timeline development.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The annual base salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications, skills, and proficiency. Some positions may also include bonuses or commissions based on performance.
