Job summary

SS+K, part of the M&C Saatchi Group, seeks an Account Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day client work and act as a quarterback for the agency. You will manage projects, coach junior staff, and proactively seek opportunities to better serve clients and the agency.

You will build relationships with strategy and creative teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery across campaigns. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years in an agency environment preferred; at least 1 year with supervisory experience.
• Robust experience with integrated campaigns from strategy through production and trafficking.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and an excellent presenter.
• Solid strategic and analytical skills; define business problems and link to creativity.
• Production experience across film, digital, social, and print.
• Familiarity partnering with media agencies for planning and buying.
• Organized and detail‑oriented; likes a well‑run operation.
• Self-starting multitasker able to handle multiple assignments.
• Curious, resourceful and inquisitive.
• Positive outlook with strong people skills; team building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps and Slack.
• Travel may be required.

The Account Supervisor serves as a day-to-day business lead for our clients and the quarterback for the agency. Work independently on projects big and small to exceed both client expectations and agency goals. Proactively seek out opportunities to better serve our clients and the organization at large. Provide coaching to junior account talent and support to senior account leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
• 5+ years in an agency environment preferred; at least 1 year with supervisory experience
• Robust experience with the integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development, production and trafficking. Demonstrated ability to outline and manage the process for internal and client teams and orchestrating reviews, feedback and response.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and an excellent presenter
• Solid strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to define a business problem and the role of creativity and communications in solving it and evaluating campaign success
• Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and printed
• Familiarity partnering with media agencies for the planning and buying process
• Organized and detail‑oriented; finds satisfaction in a buttoned up and well‑run operation
• A self‑starting multi‑tasker that can handle the pressure of several assignments at once and take initiative for identifying how to accomplish new tasks
• Curious, resourceful and inquisitive
• A positive outlook and strong people skills; an exceptional team builder, leader and colleague
• Well‑versed in Microsoft Office, Google Apps and Slack
• Travel may be required

Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from: $100,000 - $110,000. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
