Public Label is seeking an Account Supervisor to take end-to-end ownership of experiential events and programs in support of one of the leading spirit suppliers in the world. This role sits at the center of the business, accountable for the financial health of assigned programs, the strength of the client relationship, and the quality of execution in the field — and is trusted to run all three with minimal day-to-day oversight.
This is a remote role built for someone who leads through delegation rather than direct control. You will not be on-site for every activation, which means your success depends on your ability to build strong systems, communicate clearly, set your team up to make good decisions in the moment, and stay closely tied to what's actually happening in the field even when you're not standing in it.
You understand that events are inherently unpredictable, and you're comfortable adjusting a plan in real time without losing sight of the client's larger goals.
With the nature of events, this role will require someone who is willing to work flexible hours to accommodate event success, meaning late nights and weekend work is common or even events that require travel.
You will report directly to the Senior Account Director and act as a support for any incoming projects or programming need. Someone who can be handed a task, a market, or a problem and be counted on to see it through.
