The Impact You'll Make in this Role
Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for internal business units, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted marketing advisor, not just a service lead.
  • Lead client discussions to identify business challenges, objectives, audiences, success measures and activation requirements.
  • Translate client request into clear, actionable creative briefs that enable efficient creative development and reduce rework.
  • Influence realistic timelines and deliverables based on project complexity, scope, and resource availability.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep work moving forward.
  • Report on project performance, client satisfaction, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support project management responsibilities where dedicated PM support is not available, including timeline development, stakeholder coordination, review management and delivery oversight.
Account Management Excellence
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of agency workflows and creative development processes, ensuring requests are sufficiently defined before entering creative development or production.
  • Evaluate incoming requests for business value, complexity, urgency, dependencies and resource requirements before work is committed.
  • Anticipate information gaps and proactively gather the inputs required for creative, copy, digital and production teams to execute effectively.
  • Develop preliminary project scopes, effort estimates and recommended resourcing approaches in partnership with Creative, Project Management and Studio Operations.
  • Ensure all deliverables, quantities, formats, specifications, markets, channels, approvals and dependencies are clearly documented before work begins.
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, prioritized and actionable direction for the creative team.
  • Own client meeting summaries and contact reports, documenting key decisions, action items, changes in direction, risks and next steps.
  • Ensure approved decisions and scope changes are reflected in project documentation, timelines and creative briefs.
  • Monitor project scope and proactively identify changes that impact timing, effort, budget or resource requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of project documentation, ensuring visibility and continuity across all team members supporting the engagement.
  • Partner with Creative Leaders to ensure project expectations, scope and quality standards are understood before work begins.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are secured before work advances to subsequent stages.
Financial Stewardship
  • Partner with Operations and Project Management to develop accurate estimates and funding recommendations.
  • Support retainer planning, budget forecasting and funding conversations with business partners.
  • Balance business objectives with responsible use of Solve Studio resources.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher AND ten (10) years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or integrated campaign leadership.
  • Strong background in marketing strategy and campaign development, with the ability to consult, not just execute.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, ideally in an agency or in‑house agency environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
