Mower, a full-service advertising agency, seeks an Account Supervisor to lead client relationships and coordinate integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. You will develop deep client understanding, partner with cross-functional teams, and present strategic recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism, marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Approximately 5–7 years of account management or related client-side marketing experience.
  • Experience managing client relationships and supporting integrated marketing programs across multiple channels.
  • Client-facing experience, including leading meetings and delivering presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, collaboration technologies, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts, projects, priorities, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect marketing recommendations to client business objectives.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple agency disciplines and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the overall health of assigned client relationships while leading day-to-day account management.
  • Build trusted, lasting client relationships that support retention, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, industry, competition, marketing objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, bringing proactive thinking, recommendations, and solutions that address business and marketing needs.
  • Establish clear, effective two-way communication with clients and internal teams through strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Lead and participate in formal and informal client presentations, meetings, and strategic discussions.
  • Navigate changing priorities and client needs with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing communications plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Media, Performance Marketing, Public Relations, and other agency disciplines to develop and execute effective client programs.
  • Develop strong strategic and tactical briefs that clearly articulate objectives, audiences, deliverables, and expectations, and effectively brief agency teams.
  • Apply knowledge of marketing best practices across disciplines including research and insights, traditional and digital media, email marketing, digital display, search marketing, and other integrated channels.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure day-to-day client goals, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Help orchestrate multiple agency disciplines to deliver cohesive, integrated work for clients.
  • Develop and communicate performance and metrics reports that bring together results across agency disciplines and tell a clear, actionable story.
  • Translate campaign and marketing performance into meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Interpret Google Analytics reporting and understand the fundamentals of analytics tagging and tracking to support campaign measurement.
  • Use data, insights, and knowledge of the client’s business to identify opportunities and inform future marketing recommendations.
  • Develop, track, and monitor client budgets while maintaining awareness of account financial performance.
  • Identify and recommend organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Partner with agency teams to introduce additional capabilities and services when they align with client business and marketing needs.
  • Participate in pitches, RFPs, and new business presentations as appropriate.
  • Support agency growth through networking, prospect engagement, thought leadership, and other business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships and networks that strengthen Mower’s visibility and create opportunities for the agency.

Our team is seeking anAccount Supervisorto lead client relationships and help shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive meaningful business results. This individual will serve as a trusted client partner, developing a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, competitive environments, and marketing challenges while bringing together the right agency disciplines to deliver smart, effective solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who is curious, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. They know how to build lasting client relationships, translate data and insights into recommendations, embrace emerging technologies, and keep both clients and internal teams focused on achieving shared goals.

Client Relationship & Account Leadership
