ABOUT US
emberos exists to bring predictive intelligence and clarity to a world where AI is already shaping decisions.
We help brands understand how AI interprets and represents them at the moment of discovery and how that understanding compounds over time. By revealing emerging patterns before assumptions harden into belief, we give leaders foresight into what is taking shape and the ability to act early.
This is not just monitoring. It's predictive intelligence designed for an AI-mediated world.
As AI increasingly defines what people see, trust, and choose, emberos serves as a grounding force for truth by bringing clarity to how meaning forms today and how it evolves tomorrow.
We're a small, fast-moving team building something foundational, and we're looking for people who want to shape what comes next.
The Role
Most companies would call this Customer Success. We don't. At emberos, the Account Strategist sits closer to a strategy consultant with a commercial mandate than a relationship manager with a renewal calendar. You'll own a portfolio of brand clients and the strategy that turns emberos from a platform they use into an advantage they rely on. If a client thinks of us as a dashboard, we haven't gone far enough. If they think of us as the team helping them win as AI reshapes brand discovery, you're doing the job. This is a role for someone we trust in the room with a CMO, without backup. You'll form the point of view, set the account strategy, decide where and when we deploy, and connect the signals we see to decisions the client should make next. Your job is not to keep accounts warm. It is to make emberos increasingly valuable to them.
What You'll Own
- The strategy for every account. You'll maintain a rolling 90-day plan tied to the moments that matter: launches, release calendars, campaign windows, pipeline cycles, and shifts in the market. This is not a status document. It should be useful enough that the client works from it.
- The client relationship after the sale. Kickoffs, weekly working sessions, quarterly reviews, executive briefings, and the strategic questions that show up between meetings all run through you. You set the standard for how clients experience emberos.
- Fix Pack strategy. You determine what we deploy, when we deploy it, and why it matters. You'll build the rationale with the client, align the work internally, and make sure every intervention connects back to a larger strategic objective. Engineering owns execution. You own the thinking behind it.
- Expansion. Growth is part of the job, not a handoff to sales. Every quarterly review should surface where emberos can create more value. You'll carry a soft quota on net new ARR across your book.
- The client's perception of emberos. You are the person clients associate with our judgment, our responsiveness, and our value. The strength of that relationship should show up in renewals, expansion, and referrals.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years in a client-facing strategic role. That could mean management consulting, brand or marketing strategy, agency account leadership, or enterprise customer success where you were accountable for outcomes rather than activity.
- A record of growing accounts. You can point to revenue expansion or net revenue retention you materially influenced and explain exactly how you did it.
- Credibility with senior marketing leaders. You've worked directly with CMOs, brand leaders, or equivalent executives. You can challenge the brief, defend a recommendation, and hold your ground when the answer is not obvious.
- A strong written point of view. You know how to turn signal, data, and complexity into a clear argument that a senior executive can understand quickly and act on.
- Fluency, or the ability to become fluent quickly, in AI-driven discovery. You understand how AI search, LLMs, and answer engines are changing the way brands are found and understood-or you have the curiosity and technical range to get there fast.
- Comfort with data and technical teams. You can read a dashboard, separate signal from noise, and translate what you see into a recommendation. You do not need to code. You do need to work comfortably with the people who do.
You are
- Direct. You tell clients what they need to know, including when it is uncomfortable.
- Commercial. You understand that creating more value and expanding an account are often the same motion.
- Generous with signal. When you see a pattern, you share it. With product, with engineering, and with the rest of the team. You make the system around you smarter.
- Relational. You build trust with clients quickly and keep it through hard conversations. People want you in the room, and they tell you things they wouldn't tell a vendor.
Nice to have
- Experience in film, entertainment, consumer, or another category where launches and release calendars shape brand strategy.
- Experience at an early-stage company where part of the job was building the process you wis
