Summary of Role:

  • The Account Specialist, Sales & Client Relations manages client relationships, achieves sales targets, and ensures customer satisfaction. They act as a point of contact, handle negotiations, address issues, and collaborate with teams to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, resolving issues, and providing updates on services.

Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to introduce company services to potential clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their evolving needs.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Track and manage leads, activities, and opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to align sales effort and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Share client feedback to support service enhancements and business development initiatives.

Shift: Administrative

Location

  • Position requires traveling to client sites within Puerto Rico

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in sales business development, or client acquisition
