Compensation: The salary range for this position is estimated to be 49,208.00 – 89,931.00 annualized, which reflects the company’s current estimate of the potential compensation range at the time of posting. This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position and represents one component of the total rewards package. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, qualifications, and allotted budget. About Our Opportunity

The Account Specialist provides exceptional customer service by delivering financial services. Customer service is defined as internal and external customer care. Responsibilities include loan origination and delivery of credit, evaluating the portfolio to identify cross-selling opportunities and marketing campaigns for those opportunities, and continued communication with the customer during the loan approval process.

This role contributes independently to routine and recurring work with growing confidence and consistency. It applies established procedures, manages assigned responsibilities effectively, and collaborates with others to support business outcomes. Team members at this level are expanding functional knowledge, strengthening judgment, and developing problem-solving skills within defined parameters.

How You Will Spend Your Time
  • Delivers an exceptional customer experience by providing timely, thorough service that exceeds customer expectations while meeting internal deadlines.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by understanding customer goals, credit strengths and weaknesses, participating in active conversations, and occasionally supporting joint sales calls to enhance relationships.
  • Interprets and evaluates financial information, asks probing follow‑up questions, and recommends appropriate products and services, including delivering loan decisions, conditions, and key talking points.
  • Manages application, renewal, and loan servicing activities by obtaining required information, meeting with customers, entering financial data, and adhering to established targets, timelines, and process guides.
  • Proactively evaluates portfolio and customer information to identify cross‑selling opportunities and partners with Financial Officers to plan and support marketing strategies.
  • Utilizes technology, tools, and resources effectively to streamline operations, support customers, remain current on Association changes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural guidelines to minimize risk.
  • Completes routine assignments independently using established procedures and sound judgment.
  • Applies working knowledge to resolve common issues and identifies when to seek guidance.
  • Communicates clearly with teammates and internal partners to support coordinated work.
  • Organizes workload to meet deadlines and deliver consistent, reliable outcomes.
  • Contributes ideas that strengthen processes, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Uses available tools and resources to resolve straightforward issues and improve confidence.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 1 year relevant experience preferred.
