The role covers order processing, forecasting, price quotes, part price information, and collaboration with Purchasing, Sales and Engineering to monitor progress and resolve shortages or late shipments.

Responsibilities

• Enters new orders, daily and weekly.
• Processes order amendments and expedites orders.
• Resolves late shipments by reviewing order backlog.
• Processes credit card transactions and confirms customer orders, pricing and delivery dates.
• Maintains and responds to all correspondence with customers.
