• Process and review transactions, workflows, and incoming email requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliations, and collections efforts.
• Validate, post, and reconcile financial transactions such as banking activity, journal entries, and payment requests.
• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reconciliations, reports, and other financial documentation as required.
• Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage within the department.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment and assist with special projects as needed.

Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Account Specialist based in Vancouver, WA. This individual can be expected to complete the following task:

• Process and review transactions, workflows, and incoming email requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliations, and collections efforts.

Compensation:

$21.58/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
