Job summary

Gothic Landscape in San Jose, CA seeks a Landscape Management Account Specialist to build strong client relationships, manage production crews, and drive branch growth. The role emphasizes outdoor work, offering a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality service and timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a horticulture background and supervisory experience, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to write and present proposals.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year college degree in Horticulture with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales and communication experience.
• Sound time management and organizational skills with a strong work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills; able to write and present proposals.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create strong relationships with customers through communication and timely service.
• Manage crew members, dispatch, performance, and workload planning.
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments.
• Network and earn referrals to support branch growth.
• Lead branch in growing base contracts in target markets.
• Assist branch team in achieving quality, retention, growth and profitability.

HIGHLIGHTS of what our Landscape Management Account Specialist will do but not limited to

• Create strong relationships with our customers through communication and service ensuring they receive quality timely service on their projects
• Manage crew members as needed including morning dispatch performance management addressing complaints and planning assigning or directing work load
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally
• Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve its new growth objectives
• Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in the targeted market segments and geographic locations
• Assist the branch team in achieving its overall objectives of quality retention growth and profitability

Are you the right fit for this role

• 2 or 4 year college degree in Horticulture and some supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Strong customer service sales and communication experience or combined comparable experience
• Sound time management and organizational skills with a strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal verbal & written skills are a must with the ability to write and present proposals and bids
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is highly preferred

SALARY RANGE 71000 75000 per year specific compensation may vary based on overall skills experience and location

Annual Bonus potential specific compensation may vary based on overall branch & individual performance
