Job summary
Computershare is seeking an Account Specialist to support a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients with registered agent services, corporate compliance, and filing services. You will manage relationships, coordinate service requests, resolve issues, and help clients maximize value from our solutions.
Based in Frisco with a minimum of three days in the office per week and hybrid work options, you will also drive growth by identifying client needs and suggesting additional services,

Computershare Entity Solutions helps organizations navigate complex compliance, governance, and registered agent requirements. As part of our Registered Agent Services team, you'll play an important role in supporting small and medium-sized business clients while contributing to both client retention and business growth.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across registered agent services, corporate compliance, and business filings while partnering closely with clients and internal teams. You'll work in a collaborative environment where delivering exceptional client experiences and identifying growth opportunities go hand in hand.
As an Account Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, providing support related to registered agent services, corporate compliance, and filing services. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating service requests, resolving issues, and helping clients get the most value from our solutions.
In addition to supporting existing clients, you'll play a key role in business growth by converting inbound sales opportunities, identifying client needs, and recommending additional services that help support their business goals.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients
- Ensuring client orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Responding to client inquiries and requests with a high level of service and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate client and order information within internal systems
- Supporting customer retention efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Converting inbound sales opportunities from referrals, web leads, and other channels
- Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to additional Entity Solutions services
- Meeting or exceeding sales and business development goals
- Building product and industry knowledge to become a trusted resource for customers
- Collaborating with fulfillment, compliance, billing, and operational teams to deliver positive client outcomes
