Computershare Entity Solutions helps organizations navigate complex compliance, governance, and registered agent requirements. As part of our Registered Agent Services team, you'll play an important role in supporting small and medium-sized business clients while contributing to both client retention and business growth.
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across registered agent services, corporate compliance, and business filings while partnering closely with clients and internal teams. As an Account Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, providing support related to registered agent services, corporate compliance, and filing services. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating service requests, resolving issues, and helping clients get the most value from our solutions.
In addition to supporting existing clients, you'll play a key role in business growth by converting inbound sales opportunities, identifying client needs, and recommending additional services that help support their business goals.
