About the Role

Account Specialist (6‑month contract, W‑2) for a digital public affairs team. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital initiatives for energy infrastructure projects through digital listening, community management, social media publishing and content production.
• Use project management tools to drive organization, cross‑functional collaboration and timely delivery of digital campaigns.
• Utilize social media monitoring tools to gather and analyze audience feedback in order to deliver data‑driven insights to executive audiences.
• Track, categorize and respond to social media comments, identifying trends, addressing misinformation and answering questions.
• Write email and website copy from existing and approved content.
• Complete additional projects assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Enthusiasm for numbers and self‑improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The base salary range for this position, dependent on experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $23.00/hr.
