Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a collections role or environment.
• Familiarity with concepts, procedures, and processes typical in automotive and financial services industries.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Strong organizational, clerical, oral, and written language skills.

Responsibilities

• Make funding determinations based on daily dealer account usage across multiple data points.
• Communicate current account status to dealers and provide resolutions to issues encountered.
• Approve or deny floorings based on an account’s business model or when risk is identified.
• Analyze account trends.
• Effectively promote other OPENLANE businesses’ products and services to customers.
• Understand and operate within compliance of all applicable laws and codes for the assigned geographic area.
