Job summary

Robinhood is building an elite Account Operations team. The Account Servicing Associate reviews new applications, analyzes documents with care, and coordinates with cross-functional partners to maintain accounts. You’ll use AI tooling to boost accuracy and efficiency, serving as a key contact for customers and internal teams.

• Identify gaps or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to leadership.
• Perform daily account maintenance with internal partners on complex issues (deactivation/reactivation, levy notices, updating CX/Legal/Compliance).
• Utilize AI tooling to increase efficiency and accuracy in the area.

Robinhood’s Account Operations team is essential to supporting the growth of Robinhood and supporting our customers at critical points of their relationship with Robinhood. The team handles various account servicing tasks including application review, customer information updates, reviewing levy notices, and much more. As the first point of contact for most customers, the Account Operations team values customer understanding, emotional intelligence, and technical expertise.

As an Account Servicing Associate, you’ll serve as an integral part in our account opening and maintenance processes by reviewing new account applications, analyzing documents with keen attention to detail, working with cross-functional partners to address customer issues, and performing daily account maintenance activities. This role is based in our Denver, CO, Westlake, TX office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Review internal escalations from vendors and internal employees on operational case or process escalations.
• Review customer-related documents for completeness and process any vital changes in customer accounts
• Consistently meet efficiency goals with minimal error
• Act as subject matter authority in the firm account opening and maintenance processes with the ability to clearly communicate this with other teams and customers with outstanding customer service.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies within processes and suggest improvements to departmental leadership.
• Perform daily account maintenance requests while interacting and troubleshooting with internal partners for more sophisticated account issues related to customer accounts such as deactivating and reactivating accounts, levy notice processing, updating customer information ( CX, Legal, Compliance, Clearing Operations, etc.).
• Utilize AI-tooling to increase individual efficiency and accuracy within the subject matter area.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

• Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $20.40 — $24 USD
• Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $20.40 — $24 USD
• Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $20.40 — $24 USD
