Robinhood in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Account Maintenance Associate to own end-to-end onboarding and maintenance for new accounts, delivering timely, accurate execution.

You will review applications, maintain records, and collaborate with advisors and internal teams. This in-person role requires at least 5 days per week in-office. The position offers performance-based pay, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

The Account Maintenance team’s mission is to build trust with the RIAs we support by delivering a seamless, consistent account onboarding and maintenance experience. As the primary entry point for new customer accounts, we take complete end-to-end ownership of every request with speed and accuracy from initiation to resolution.

As an Account Maintenance Associate, you will work with a highly motivated team providing timely and accurate execution of new account opening and account maintenance functions. You must welcome challenges, seek continuous improvement, and be eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 5 days per week.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

• Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $20.40 — $24 USD
• Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $20.40 — $24 USD
• Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $19.60 — $23 USD
