This is a remote position after 1 week of training.
Westgate Resorts is seeking a CollectionsAgent Bilingualthat will be responsible for all activity on accounts to maintain the best possible portfolio performance andcustomer service. With our flexiblework-from-homeschedule, it is possible to havework-lifebalanceand supportive leadership directly available to you!
Our compensation package includes an hourly rate of $16.50/hour. Our generousIncentivestructure is based on goal performance and has earning potential of up to $500-$700 a month. We also offer shift differential pay, which is 15% Monday-Thursday after 5:00 PM, and 20% on Saturdays.

Training Schedule: All Paid Training!
Week 1, Fully On-Site: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Week 2, Fully Remote: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call Center Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 08:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Remote Worker Considerations:
Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you to have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 100 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed.
