Qualifications

As an Account Service Representative PT, you will be on the front line of the C Spire customer experience, helping customers find wireless and technology solutions that fit their needs while contributing to store sales goals. You will combine strong customer service with a competitive sales mindset, staying current on our products, devices, and plans so you can confidently recommend the right solutions. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and wants to build experience in technology and sales.

Responsibilities

As an Account Service Representative PT, you will provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to connect customers with the products and services that best meet their needs. Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate wireless, device, plan, and technology solutions. Deliver a personalized, professional customer experience throughout each interaction. Contribute to individual and store sales goals through effective needs assessment and solution-based selling. Maintain current knowledge of C Spire products, devices, plans, promotions, and services. Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and available options to customers. Support a fast-paced retail environment by working collaboratively with other team members and maintaining a professional store presence. Represent C Spire professionally through appearance, communication, integrity, and follow-through. Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other shifts based on business needs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide an exceptional customer experience, achieve sales expectations, and help customers confidently choose technology solutions that work for them.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring You bring enthusiasm, integrity, a strong work ethic, and the communication skills needed to connect with customers in a fast-paced sales environment. You are comfortable learning new technology, motivated by goals, and able to translate product knowledge into solutions customers can understand and use. In addition to that, we require: High school diploma or recognized equivalent. One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced sales environment or experience providing customer-facing solutions; a four-year college degree may substitute for the experience requirement. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with a variety of customers. Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, integrity, and a results-oriented work ethic. Ability and willingness to learn and remain current on wireless devices, plans, products, and emerging technology. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including most evenings and weekends.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have: Previous retail, wireless, technology, or commission-based sales experience. Demonstrated success working toward individual or team sales goals. Strong familiarity with wireless devices, consumer technology, and related products.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to stand and work in a retail environment for extended periods and use a computer keyboard, mouse, point-of-sale equipment, and other technology while viewing a computer screen. Must be willing to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
