C Spire is hiring an Account Service Representative at one of our retail locations. You’ll be on the front line of the customer experience, selling wireless, home services and business packages while staying current on latest devices and plans.

You’ll join a sales-focused team with uncapped commission and career growth opportunities, plus top-tier benefits. The role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and availability for evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience, or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time with evenings and Saturdays.
• Passion for technology and staying current on devices/plans.

Responsabilités

• Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.
