DMC Atlanta, Inc. is seeking an Account Sales Specialist for an entry-level opportunity in Atlanta. We train you in sales fundamentals and guide you toward leadership and ownership trajectories.

The role features real-time training and a path from retail to managing a location. You will participate in a supportive, growth-oriented office culture with flexible earning potential through hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, retail, customer service, restaurant, bar, and other related industries.
• A team player mentality.
• Interest in gaining experience in customer service, sales, marketing, retail, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through in-person interaction, creating a positive and professional first impression.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, tailored product and service recommendations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of wireless, connectivity, and service offerings to confidently present solutions.
• Drive new account acquisition and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Deliver a consultative sales experience from initial interaction through account setup.
• Handle questions, objections, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to support long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Track sales activity and performance metrics using company-provided systems.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and overall performance.
